Luke began his culinary career at age sixteen, chasing his dream across Europe and back to central New York. His experience includes professional baking, butchery, cheese-making, gardening and aquaponics, culinary and restaurant management, as well as event planning. Luke has long since been the chef who would shake off the norms and keep the food as beautiful and simple as possible - that reputation has brought him countless clients trusting Pure Catering to their most important moments.

Director of Operations & Event Planner
Kelly has a combined experience in hospitality of 24 plus years. She started on her management path in college as a bartender and was inspired with the opportunity of heightening the guest experience. After years of service as Director of Operations for an independent medical evaluation company and raising her family, Kelly’s exact skills and ability to multi-task smoothly have proven to be the niche she was looking for in event planning and hospitality.
